The Aquarium!!

Trying to make the most of my last week home with the boys, I took them to their first visit to the Mall of America Aquarium (SeaLife).  Jake and I had visited the aquarium in the past and found it interesting and we thought Owen was the perfect age for a visit.  Especially since he has been talking about sea life so much lately (sharks, hermit crabs, sea turtles, jellyfish, etc).  Owen was excited to see all of the sharks, the HUGE sea turtle and the sawfish - but, proving that he is a true-blue midwestern kid, the fresh water fish were his favorites. He LOVED the gar (especially the alligator gar), the sturgeon, and the painted turtles.  We had so much fun we went through the whole aquarium a second time!
