Easter Egging It

Weeks ago Owen decorated his Easter bucket in preparation for the Easter bunny (yeah, we skipped the basket thing and went with the ultra-utilitarian bucket and shovel).  We finally got around to decorating eggs the Friday before Easter and it was a very messy good time.

We left a carrot and a note for the elusive bunny and Owen was thrilled to find that he had visited us during the night.  ("Mommy, do we have to open the gate for the bunny or can he hop over it?")

The hunt was exciting and Owen successfully found both buckets (of course the bunny left something for Logan too!) and all 15 eggs...with only minimal assistance.
