While It Lasts

Like many (most?) kids their age, the boys like to help their parents handle outdoor work. (Or, as so often happens, they try to help and end up becoming more work. But that's a different story). In the pics below, you can see that their urge to assist meant a few minutes of hoisting full-sized shovels in an attempt to remove (spread around) some mass from the deep snow piles in front of our house. Karen and I are more than happy to encourage their instincts to lend a hand with the house work. Gotta take advantage while it still seems fun to them, right?
