Grandma and Grandpa's late July Visit

On the weekend of July 26, Grandma and Grandpa (aka Jan and Chuck) came up for a short visit to see their MN family. This was their chance to see our new home for themselves and of course, get caught up on the latest pirate news. We had a great time hanging out, eating well, playing around the house, reading stories, and hitting a park down the road that was a new one for us (now known as either "Dragon Park" or "T-Rex Park" depending on O's mood at the time).

Here's the T-Rex that gave O his inspiration for the park's name (he moonlights as a Dragon).

Owen has come to love swings

Especially considering the ever present danger of ambush by the UNDER DOG!!!
