The Trevinos Visit

In early August Katie, Frank, Julia, Jesse, and Andrew made their way to Apple Valley for an extended weekend visit.  Grandpa Cavanaugh and Tyler were, at the same time, making their way back to Chicago from a Canada fishing trip and were going to stop over for a night.  So, naturally, Grandma had to get in on the action too so she joined the Trevinos for their car trip north.  Saturday afternoon was beautiful.  We had a low key BBQ and watched the kids run (and jump) around.  On Sunday Grandma, Grandpa, and Tyler left to head back to Chicago.  It was a hot day so, in the afternoon we hit a local splash pad. Monday was the zoo (we rode the new carousel) and Tuesday was the much anticipated MOA day!  So much fun all around (aside from O spiking a 103 fever and being down and out for 2 of the days) - and we can't wait to have them come visit again.
